Ackom was awarded the prestigious 2024 annual Zenith Global Health Award in Health and Social Care for his exemplary advocacy work on breast and cervical cancer. With a heart full of compassion and a mission-driven by divine revelation, Blaise embarked on a journey to educate women across the country about the risks, treatments, and prevention methods for breast and cervical cancer.
His efforts, as he says fueled by a calling from God revealed to him through a dream, have touched the lives of countless women, empowering them with knowledge and hope in the face of adversity.
But Blaise’s impact extends beyond awareness campaigns. In partnership with organizations like the Cancer Support Network Foundation, he has provided free treatment and advice to women battling breast or cervical cancer, offering a lifeline to those in need.
Additionally, Blaise’s commitment to menstrual hygiene saw him distribute over 1000 free sanitary pads to women in various market centers, ensuring dignity and comfort for those often marginalized.
