Local Students - Fee Payment Options
All local students should make payments at any branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or at the ADB Branch on Campus.
You’re required to present your Fullname, Student ID, and Programme to the teller.
New students are required to present a copy of their admission letter to the teller.
Online Fee Payment/Course Registration
All Students can walk to any branch of ADB or CBG to make payment.
Submit:
- Full name
- Student ID
- Programme
New students should go along with their Admission letter.
Click the Make Payment button below to pay using mobile money or credit card through an online payment platform:
1. Choose Normal Fee Payment.
2. Enter Index Number.
3. Follow the prompts to make the payment.

- Select Option (2) MoMo Pay or Pay Bill
- Select Option (2) Pay Bill

- Select Option (1) Search for School
- Select Option (2) Search by Alias
- Type: WIUCA - for Accra

Student Registration Guidelines
Important information for freshers and continuing students for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Freshers / New Students
- Freshers are required to download and read all admission documents from the student portal, including:
Admission Letter, Freshers Mini Guide, Prospectus, Law Students Code of Conduct, Medicals, and other relevant documents. - New students’ registration commences from
10th August – 26th September, 2026. - New students are required to pay
75% of their tuition fees and the total amount on the prospectus, where applicable, to register for the immediate activation of their official student emails. - New students are required to have a
student ID to participate in lectures and examinations. The ID Card photo schedule will be communicated in due course.

Mandatory Medical Screening
- All freshers are required to undergo a
mandatory medical screening at any HeFRA-registered medical facility. - Medical screening results must be presented to the
WIUC Clinic before students will be allowed to proceed with online self-course registration.
Continuing Students
- Continuing students are required to pay a minimum of
50% of their total tuition fees to enable them to register via the student portal. - Student portal: https://wiucsip.wiuc-ghana.edu.gh
- Students should check the notice boards, university website, and emails for registration guides.
- Online payment portals will be made available for continuing students.
Registration Deadline
Registration deadline without penalty ends on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
This applies to continuing students only.
Orientation Schedule
For Kumasi Campus, students should confirm the approved mode of teaching from Kumasi Management or their Faculty.
Important Examination Notice
- No person will be allowed to sit for examinations if payments are made beyond Saturday, 12th December, 2026, which is two weeks before the start of examinations.
- All registered students should have completed their payments to enable the administrative process for examinations to commence.
- Only students who have paid their full semester fees and fully registered will be allowed to sit for examinations.
- Payment of fees on the day of examinations will not be accepted without consequences.
- Students who make full payments and complete registration on the day of a paper will
not be allowed to sit for that paper due to lack of adequate preparation to accommodate them.

timetable/ - Per the Academic Calendar, lectures commence on (Undergraduate): 24th August, 2026 (Postgraduate): 7th September, 2026. The teaching mode will be a blended approach of both online and in-person for the Accra Campus and in-person for the Kumasi Campus

- All continuing students (Undergraduate) pay GHS 150.00 in addition to their fees towards Anniversary Cloth.
- Undergraduate Project/Electives Fees = GHS 400.00 (Ghanaians), USD $60.00 (International Students) – Applicable to all level 400 Lower Students
- All undergraduate students admitted Aug-Dec 2026 semester are to pay the fees stated on their respective admission letters.

The University will bear the application cost for the non-citizen ID Card and the Immigration permit for all international students after he/she has paid 75% (for freshers) or 50% (for continuing students) of the total school fees and registered for the semester. Students are encouraged to submit completed application forms and all their relevant documents to the International Relations Office (+233 54 412 5874) for processing. Students are also to note that late registration penalty still stands as the University policy and are requested to settle any outstanding immigration penalties, if any, to be in good standing and enjoy this privilege.
