Dr. Bright Mawudor Donates Books To Wisconsin International University College Ghana

The recently appointed Dean of the Business School at Wisconsin International University College, Ghana Dr. Bright Mawudor has presented textbooks to the university for its Accra and Kumasi campus libraries. The books numbering over 250 range from Marketing, Advertising, Accounting, Finance, ICT, Nursing, and Mass Communication among other subject areas.

Presenting the books to the university at its Accra campus, Dr. Bright Mawudor said the donation is in line with his philosophy of making quality education accessible to all since knowledge is one of the tools that can be used to impact individuals and their societies positively.

The donation to Wisconsin International University College Ghana is part of assistance to three institutions with books worth $5,000 namely the Daystar University in Kenya, Wisconsin International University College Ghana in Accra, and the EP Church University College in Ho.

Dr. Mawudor urges the students for whom the books have been donated to make it a habit of frequenting the libraries in order to make the best use of the books.

Receiving the books on behalf of the University, the University Librarian Madam Comfort Asare on behalf of management thanked Dr. Mawudor for his gesture and assured the books will be made accessible to students and the entire university community for the advancement of the students and the university as a whole.

Dr. Bright Mawudor is returning from a tour of duty in Kenya where he was the Deputy General Secretary (Finance and Administration), of the All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC).

Dr. Bright Mawudor has more than 20 years of experience providing Financial Management, Strategic Leadership, and organizational development services with international experience across Africa and Europe. His areas of expertise include Human Resources, Finance Management, Entrepreneurship, Programme development, Design & implementation, Change Management, Resource Mobilization, and Grant Management.
