Information to all Freshmen
- The registration period is from 19th January – 31st January, 2026
Note: 31st January 2026 applies to continuing students only
- Lectures will commence on 26th January 2026
- A provisional timetable is available to all students here.
- New students are required to pay 75% of their tuition fee to register for the immediate activation of their official student emails.
- New students are required to have a student ID to participate in lectures and examinations.
- New students are to contact Academic Affairs Unit for a redress of their concerns at academic_affairs@wiuc-ghana.edu.gh
- Details of orientation for all Freshers will be communicated in due course.
- All Freshers are required to undergo a compulsory medical screening.

All students (Local and International) are required to undergo a health screening prior to admission to determine their medical fitness to pursue the programme of study at the University.
You are required to complete the health screening at the Campus Clinic
The health screening fee is GHS 500.
Pay at CBG Bank on Campus
All payments are to be made at the bank or via Momo using your ID number on your admission letter.

- Select Option (1) Search for School
- Select Option (2) Search by School Alias
- For Accra Students Use WIUCA
- For Kumasi Students Use WIUCK
- Enter Student ID (e.g. WIUC/01/1234 or 1011234 or 11011234)
- Complete the Payment Process

Registration Procedure
- Make a minimum payment at the Bank.
- Show proof of payment at the Finance Office:
ACCRA CAMPUS (Ground Floor, Block C)
KUMASI CAMPUS (Accounts Office (Block A, room, G007)
- Fill and present the chit along with your medical records to the Medical Doctor at WIUC-Ghana clinic for medical clearance.
- Scan the QR code to proceed to your online portal for self-registration.
