Local Students - Fee Payment Options

All local students should make payments at any branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or at the ADB Branch on Campus.

You’re required to present your Fullname, Student ID, and Programme to the teller.

New students are required to present a copy of their admission letter to the teller.

Online Fee Payment/Course Registration

All Students can walk to any branch of ADB or CBG to make payment.

Submit:

  1. Full name
  2. Student ID
  3. Programme

New students should go along with their Admission letter.

Click the Make Payment button below to pay using mobile money or credit card through an online payment platform: 

1. Choose Normal Fee Payment.

2. Enter Index Number.

3. Follow the prompts to make the payment.

  5. Select Option (1) Search for School
  6. Select Option (2) Search by Alias
    1. Type: WIUCA - for Accra

  7. Enter Student ID (e.g. WIUC/01/1234 or 1011234 or 11011234)
  8. Complete the Payment Process

NOTE: 2 Ghana Cedis Flat fee applies for Each Transaction

  • Freshers are required to download and read all admission documents from the student portal.
  • (Admission letter, Freshers mini guide, Prospectus, Law students code of conduct, Medicals etc.)
  •  New students’ registration commences MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026 (1 week before the start of lectures) – https://wiucsip.wiuc-ghana.edu.gh
  • New students are required to pay 75% of their tuition fees and total amount on prospectus (where applicable) to register for the immediate activation of their official student emails.
  • New students are required to have a student ID to participate in lectures and examinations – ID Card photo schedule will be communicated in due cause.
  • New students are to contact the Academic Affairs Unit for redress of their concerns at:

         Accra – academic_affairs@wiuc-ghana.edu.gh 

         Kumasi – academic_affairs_kumasi@wiuc-ghana.edu.gh

  • All Freshers are required to undergo a mandatory medical screening (at any HeFRA registered medical facility) and present results (to the WIUC-Clinic) before being allowed to proceed with online self-course registration.
  • Continuing students are required to pay a minimum of 50% of their total tuition fees to enable them to register via student’s portal (https://wiucsip.wiuc-ghana.edu.gh)
  • Check on the notice boards, the university website and emails for a guide on registration. Online Payment portals will be made available for continuing students.
  • Registration Deadline (without penalty) ends on Saturday, JANUARY 31, 2026 (applies to continuing students only)
  • All (Day, Evening and Weekend Group)       – 21st January, 2026

NOTE:

1.      No person will be allowed to sit for the examination if payments are made beyond SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2026 (Two (2) Weeks before the start of the examination). All registered students should have completed their payments to enable the administrative process to commence for the examinations. 

2.      ONLY students who have made their payments in full fees for the semester and fully registered will be allowed to sit for the examinations.

3.      Payment of fees on the day of examinations will not be accepted without consequences.

4.      Students who make full payments and register fully on the day of the paper will NOT be allowed to sit for that paper due to a lack of adequate preparation to accommodate them.

  • Per the Academic Calendar, lectures commence on MONDAY, JANUARY 26, 2026. The teaching mode will be a blended approach of both online and in-person for the Accra Campus and in-person for the Kumasi Campus

  • All continuing students (Undergraduate) pay GHS 150.00 in addition to their fees towards Anniversary Cloth.
  • Undergraduate Project/Electives Fees = GHS 400.00 (Ghanaians), USD $60.00 (International Students) – Applicable to all level 400 Lower Students
  • All undergraduate students admitted Aug-Dec 2025 semester are to pay the fees stated on their respective admission letters.

The University will bear the application cost for the non-citizen ID Card and the Immigration permit for all international students after he/she has paid 75% (for freshers) or 50% (for continuing students) of the total school fees and registered for the semester. Students are encouraged to submit completed application forms and all their relevant documents to the International Relations Office (+233 54 412 5874) for processing. Students are also to note that late registration penalty still stands as the University policy and are requested to settle any outstanding immigration penalties, if any, to be in good standing and enjoy this privilege.
