
Wisconsin International University College, Ghana Chancellor and Founder, Dr Paul Kofi Fynn, has been honoured with the prestigious Dr Kwame Nkrumah Leadership in Education Award at the International Conference on Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah, held to commemorate the 116th birthday of Ghana’s first President.
The conference, which took place under the theme of reflecting on the enduring vision and legacy of Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah, was organised by West Africa International Magazine in collaboration with the Nkrumah-Vision-Alive Movement. The event served as both an academic platform for discourse and a celebration of individuals who embody Nkrumah’s ideals of leadership, selflessness, and nation-building.
Other distinguished awardees included H.E. John Dramani Mahama, former President of Ghana, who received the Dr Kwame Nkrumah Leadership in Politics and Good Governance Award, and H.E. Captain Ibrahim Traoré, Head of State of Burkina Faso, who was honoured with the Leadership in Good Governance and Patriotism Award.

The ceremony was graced by eminent personalities and thought leaders, including renowned historian and Nkrumahist, Mr Yaw Anokye Frimpong, who delivered an insightful address on the life, works, and enduring impact of Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
