This course is specially designed to enhance knowledge and build practice skills of professionals, practitioners and youth workers, etc. about the health, growth and development of teenagers and young persons. It seeks to improve participants’ understanding of adolescents and young persons as a unique population group that needs specialized attention. The course also offers participants a deeper understanding of the behavior patterns of adolescents and young people, the best way to respond to them and thus defining different ways of improving their quality of life.
The course is delivered in two (2) parts with each part containing five (5) Modules as follows:

Researching Issues of Adolescents – Methods and Techniques I
Topical Adolescent Issues
PART 2: Advanced
Designing Programs for Adolescents and Young Persons

Counselling Adolescents and Young Persons II
Researching Issues of Adolescents – Methods and Techniques II
Typical Adolescent Problems
